Against this backdrop, the question of company succession is becoming an urgent issue, not least because it is becoming increasingly difficult to find a successor within the company.
The search for a suitable succession solution is proving to be a complex and challenging task for many entrepreneurs. The lack of internal candidates or the changing life plans of their own children, coupled with the increasing demands on company management in a changing industry, present a particular challenge. In our opinion, this trend will continue to increase in the coming years, as more and more entrepreneurs will have to deal with the issue of company succession due to demographic developments.
Against this backdrop, it is crucial that entrepreneurs take timely measures to ensure an orderly handover of their business and at the same time realise a very good value for their life's work. The optimisation of processes, strategic positioning in the market and effective employee management are key elements in successfully meeting the challenges of a changing industry and laying the foundations for a successful business succession.
